<br />(b) In addition to the fee in subsection (a) hereof for each square foot of sign area <br />which is determined by the visible copy: $1.00 Fee <br /> <br />(c) Temporary signs, each: $10.00 Fee <br /> <br />1309.07 TANKS - STORAGE. <br /> <br />(a) Underaround. <br />(1) Up,to 3,000 gallons: $20.00 Fee <br />(2) 3,000 gall()ns to 5,000 gallons: $25.00 Fee <br />(3) 5,000 gallons to 12,000 gallons: $30.00 Fee <br />(4) 12,000 gallons to 20,000 gallons: $50.00 Fee <br /> <br />(b) Abovearound. <br />(1) <br />(2) <br /> <br />Base fee: $20.00 Fee <br />Plus an amount per 1,000 gallons: $5.00 Fee <br /> <br />(c) Removal of Underaround and Abovearound Tanks. $5.00 Fee <br /> <br />1309.08 SURFAéING ANO RESURFACING. <br />(,I) Surfacing or resurfacing of driveways or parking lots excluding liquid sealants: <br />(1) For the first 1,000 square feet of aggregate surface area or part thereof, <br />minimum fee: $25.00 Fee <br />(2) For each additional 500 square feet of aggregate surface area, or part thereof: <br />$10.00 Fee <br /> <br />1309.09 COMBINATION PERMIT FEE. <br />Notwithstanding any other provisions of this chapter, a homeowner whO performs the <br />wprk and who occupies the premises wherein the work is to be performed may obtain a <br />combination permit to cover all or any alterations, remodeling, plumbing, electrical or <br />HV AC work, provided that the value of such work shall not exceed five thousand dollars <br />($5,000) in total. $25.00 Fee <br /> <br />1309.10 ADDITIONAL INSPECTION FEES. <br />(a) Whenever an inspection has been requested and the work is found to be incomplete <br />or in need of corrections, there shall be charged a fee in the amount of twenty- five <br />dollars ($25.00) for each subsequent reinspection. <br /> <br />(b) Whenever a special inspection, not a routine inspection of work being done under a <br />Permit, is requested, there shall be charged an inspection fee in the amount of twenty- <br />five dollars ($25.00), <br /> <br />(c) Subsection (a) and (b) hereof shall not be applicable to home owner permits. <br /> <br />1309.11 OCCUPANCY PERMITS. <br />For any inspections made for the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy, there shall be <br />charged a fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for residential and fifty dollars ($50.00) for <br />commercial. <br /> <br />1,309.12 REFUSAL TO ISSUE PERMIT; APPEAL. <br />T!1e Building Official may deny any applicant a permit who has outstanding violations <br />tnat have not been corrected as of the date an additional permit is requested, or if past <br />performance indicates a pattern of noncompliance with an applicable building <br />ordinance. In the event the application for a permit is denied, the applicant shall be <br />notified of such refusal in writing, and such notice shall be sent by certified mail to the <br />applicant at the address of the applicant, as set forth in the application for a permit. <br />
