Exhibit A Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, and known as being part of Block "A" in The Matthews & Gilbert High Bridge Park Subdivision NO.4 of part of Original Rockport Township Section Number 23 as recorded in Volume 30 of Maps, Page 10 of the Cuyahoga County Records, said parcel being further bounded and described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the original centerline of Sloane Avenue, 70 feet wide, and the centerline of the Detroit Road Bridge Approach, said point being witnessed by a i-inch iron pin monument found distant North 70°-48'-57" West along said centerline of the Detroit Road Bridge Approach, a distance of 60 00 feet therefrom; thence North 70°-48'-57" West along said centerline of the Detroit Road Bridge Approach, and passing through said i-inch iron pin monument found at 6000 feet, a total distance of 342 50 feet to a point; thence North 17°-13'-03" East, a distance of 12.05 feet to an iron pin set on the northeasterly right of way line of relocated Detroit Road, and at the water's edge on the easterly bank of the Rocky River, said point being the PRINCIPAL PLACE OF BEGINNING of the parcel herein described; Course No.1: thence continuing North 17"-13'-03" East, along the westerly line of aforesaid Block "A" and along said water's edge, a distance of 8701 feet to an iron pin set at the southwesterly comer of a parcel of land, now or formerly in the name of Foran Montlack Development, LLC as recorded in AFN 200512130928 of the Cuyahoga County Records; Course No.2: thence South 70"-48'-57" East, along the south line of lands so conveyed, a distance of 220.90 feet to an iron pin set on the westerly line of Sublot 50 of the aforesaid Matthews & Gilbert High Bridge Park Subdivision No 4; Course No.3: thence South 19"-11'-03" West, along said westerly line of Sublot 50, a distance of 9.00 feet to an iron pin set at the most southerly corner of a parcel of land, now or formerly in the name of the Harbour View Apartments as recorded in Volume 97- 08802, Page 54 of the Cuyahoga County Records; Course No.4: thence South 70"-48'-57" East, along said southerly line, a distance of 2.00 feet to an iron pin set at a point of curvature; Course No.5: thence northeasterly, continuing along said southerly line, following the arc of a curve to the left and having a central angle of 41"-43'-35", a radius of 88.00 feet, a tangent of 33.54 feet, a chord of 62.68 feet, a chord bearing of North 88"-19'-16" East, a distance of 64..09 feet to an iron pin set at a point of curvature on the àforesaid northeasterly right of way line of relocated Detroit Road; Course No.6: thence southwesterly, along said northeasterly right of way line, following the arc of a curve to the right and having a central angle of 63"-56'-41", a radius of 92.00 feet, a tangent of 5743 feet, a chord of 97.43 feet, a chord bearing of South 68°-44'-34" West. a distance of 1 02.68 feet to an iron pin set at a point of non-
