1703.17 MISBRANDED.
<br />"Misbranded" means all articles of food or drugs, or articles which enter into the composition of food or drugs, the package or
<br />label of which shall bear any statement, design or device regarding such article,. or the ingredients or substance contained therein, which
<br />shall be false or misleading in any particular, and [o any food or drug product which is falsely branded as to [he state, territory or country
<br />in which it is manufacmred or produced.
<br />1703.18 MULTIPLE DWELLING.
<br />"Multiple dwelling" means any dwelling containing more than two dwelling units.
<br />1703.19 NONALCOHOLIC DRINK.
<br />"Nonalcoholic drink" means any beverage or drink containing less than one-half of one percent of alcohol by volume.
<br />1703.20 OCCUPANT.
<br />"OccupanP' means any person, over one year of age, living, sleeping, cooking or eating in, or having actual possession of, a
<br />dwelling unit or rooming unit.
<br />1703.21 OPERATOR.
<br />"Operator" means any person who has charge, care or control of a building, or part thereof, in which dwelling units or rooming
<br />units are le[.
<br />1703.22 ORDINARY MINIMUM W INTER CONDITIONS.
<br />"Ordinary minimum winter conditions" means the temperature fifteen degrees Fahrenheit above the lowest recorded
<br />temperature for the previous ten~year period.
<br />1703.23 OWNER.
<br />"Owner" means any person who, alone orjointly or severally with others:
<br />(a) Shall have legal title to any dwelling or dwelling unit, with or witlrout accompanying actual possession thereof, or
<br />(b) Shall have charge, care or control of any dwelling unit, as owner or agent of the owner, or as executor, executrix,
<br />administrator, administratrix, trustee or guardian of [he estate of the owner
<br />1703.24 PERSON.
<br />"Person" means a natural person, individual, firm, partnership, corpomtioq company, society or association, and every agent,
<br />officer or employee of any thereof This term shalt impart both the plural and the singular as the case maybe.
<br />1703.25 PLACE OF ASSEMBLY.
<br />"Place of assembly" means any church, theater, lunch room, meeting room, dance hall, school or auditorium, exposition hall,
<br />passenger depot, or any building or portion of any building in which twenTy-five or more persons congregate for religious or
<br />entertainment purposes, or to witness performances or exhibivons, or to hear speakers, or to listen to music.
<br />1703.26 PLACE WHERE FOOD IS MANUFACTURED.
<br />"Place where food is manufactured" means any place where food intended for sale is prepared, mixed, cooked, baked, bottled
<br />or packed.
<br />1703.27 PLUMBING.
<br />"Plumbing" means and includes all of the following supplied facilities and equipment: gas pipes, gas~~buming equipment, water
<br />pipes, garbage disposal units, waste pipes, water closets, sinks, installed dishwashers, lavatories, bathNbs, shower baths, insmlled
<br />clothes-washing machines, catch basins, drains, vents and any other simi]ar supplied fixtures, together with all connections to water,
<br />sewer or gas lines.
<br />3703.28 PUBLIC HALLWAY.
<br />"Public hallway" means a hallway, corridor, or passage way within a building which is or may be used by any occupant of such
<br />building.
<br />1703.29 PUBLIC LAUNDRY.
<br />"Public laundry" means any building, structure, place, premises or establishment which is used for the purpose of laundering
<br />wearing apparel, table linen or bed linen, curtains, rugs, towels or any or all of such articles for thirty or more owners of such articles per
<br />week, and for pay, regulated either by a flat rate, piece price or by weight
<br />1703.30 ROOMING HOUSE.
<br />"Rooming house" means any dwelling or that part of any dwelling containing one ar more rooming units, or any part thereof, in
<br />which space is let by the owner or operator, who resides in the dwelling, to three or more persons who are not husband or wife, son or
<br />daughter, father or mother, or sister or brother of the owner or operator, or in which space is let to one or more persons by an owner or
<br />operator who does not reside in the dwelling. The term as defined shall include foster homes and hotels.
<br />1703.31 ROOMING UNIT.
<br />"Rooming unit" means any roam or group of rooms forming a single habitable unit used or intended to be used for living and
<br />sleeping, but not for cooking and eatng purposes.
<br />1703.32 RUBBISH.
<br />"Rubbish" means combustible and noncombustible waste materials, except garbage, and the term shall include the residue from
<br />the burning of wood, coal, coke and ocher combustible material, paper, rags, cartons, boxes, wood, excelsior, rubbeq leather, tree
<br />branches, yard trimmings, tin cans, metals, mineral matter, glass, crockery and dust.
<br />1703.33 SHOP.
<br />"Shop" means any building or portion of any building in which any product, article or thing is manufacmred, sold, repaved,
<br />cleaned, prepared, assorted, assembled, packed, treated, handled or stored, for profit, sale or hire, provided that five or more persons are
<br />engaged or employed in such building or portion of building at any one time.
<br />Offices where clerical work is performed and stores, mercantile establishments and other.places where anything is sold, shall be deemed
<br />shops, provided five or more persons are engaged or employed in such building or portion ofbuilding at any time. The places where food
