351.14 EAST SIDE OF LARK STREET. <br />No person shall stand or park a vehicle on the east side of Lark Street from Madison <br />Avenue to the southerly lot line known as 2019 Lark Street for more than thirty minutes <br />between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. (Ord. 4830. Passed 4-21-52.) <br />351.15 WEST SIDE OF LAKELAND. <br />No person shall stand or park a vehicle on the west side of Lakeland, from Clifton <br />Boulevard to the southerly line of property of the Board of Education. <br />(Ord. 4830. Passed 4-21-52.) <br />351.16 DISPLAYING VEHICLES FOR SALE; ADVERTISING; REPAIRING OR <br />WASHING VEHICLE. <br />(a) No person shall stand or park a vehicle on any street or in any public right of <br />way in the City for the principal purpose of displaying such vehicle for sale; or for <br />washing, greasing, or repairing such vehicle; or for the primary purpose of displaying <br />advertising. <br />(b) This section shall not apply to the placing of signage on a personal vehicle <br />advertising that vehicle for sale, so long as the signage is placed inside the vehicle and <br />does not significantly obstruct the view of the driver so as to interfere with the safe <br />operation of such vehicle and so long as such vehicle is not parked or stood upon a <br />public street or public right of way for the primary purpose of advertising that vehicle <br />for sale. This section shall not apply to repairs of a vehicle necessitated by an <br />emergency. <br />(Ord. 55-01. Passed 12-3-01.) <br />351.17 PARKING COMMERCIAL VEHICLES AND RECREATIONAL EQUIPMENT. <br />(a) No person shall park a school bus, commercial tractor, agricultural tractor, <br />truck, bus, a vehicle originally manufactured and/or designed as a bus, trailer, <br />semitrailer, pole trailer, moving van, ambulance or hearse, or other than recreational <br />equipment as defined in Section 1147.02 of the Zoning Code, for a period in excess of <br />one hour on any street any time within the City, except when loading or unloading such <br />vehicle. <br />(b) No person shall park recreational equipment as defined in Section 1147.02 of <br />the Zoning Code, on any street or highway within the City for a period in excess of six <br />consecutive hours. Passed 2-7-83,) <br />351.18 TIME LIMITATIONS. <br />No person being the owner or having possession or control of a vehicle, shall park <br />or permit such vehicle to remain parked on any street in the City for a period in excess <br />of twenty-four hours: <br />(a) While such vehicle is in a disabled condition; or <br />17 <br />
