Hies, joint stock companies, trusts, unincorporated organizations, trus- tees in bankruptcy, receivers and fiduciaries. It also includes, but is not limited to any owner, leaver, assignor, builder, manager, broker, sales- man, agent, employee, lending institution, and the City, the State and all authorities, agencies, boards and commissions thereof. (e) "Discrimination" means to render any difference in treatment to any person in the sale, lease, rental or financing of a dwelling or housing unit because of a person's race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, ancestry, handicap, familial status or national origin. (h) "Discrimination complaint service" means that service established by this chapter. shall be and hereby is amended to read as follows: 516.03 DEFINITIONS. As used in this chapter certain terms aze defined as follows;. (a) "Duector" means the Duector of Community Development fot the City of Lakewood or other community development officer within the De- nartment of Plannine and Development.. Section 3. Chapter 761 of the Lakewood Codified Ordinances, currently read- ing as follows: 761.01 DIVISION OF SMOKE INSPECTION AND REGULATION ES- TABLISHED. Pursuant to and subject to the provisions of the City Charter there is hereby es- tablished aDivision of Smoke Inspection and Regulation in the Department of Public Safety which shall be under the charge of an Inspector. 761.02 PERSONNEL. There shall be as many Deputy Inspectors, clerks and stenographers in the Divi- sion of Smoke Inspection and Regulation as shall be provided by Council. 761.03 QUALIFICATIONS OF INSPECTORS. The Inspector and Deputy Inspectors shall be engineers qualified by training and experience in the theory and practice of construction and operation of furnaces and combustion devices and also in the theory and practice of smoke abatement and prevention..
