Any costs associated with <br />such consultations may be assessed to the applicant or his or her designated rep- <br />resentative. <br />1339.16 HYDROLOGIC AND HYDRAULIC STUDY AND REPORT <br />(a) In addition to the plan requirement submittals, the necessary data required <br />in Sections 1339.10 and 1339.11 (i.e., text material) shall be submitted <br />along with a bound hydrologic and hydraulic study report. An electronic <br />file of the entire submittal shall be submitted to the city engineer. The de- <br />veloper shall submit an organized report of the hydrologic and hydraulic <br />study which shall include but not be limited to the necessary data required <br />in Sections 1339.10 and 1339.11; supporting documentation for the site <br />complying with all federal, state, and local regulations; discussion of the <br />site's pre - development storm water flows; discussion of the site's post - <br />development storm water flows; design methodology incorporated; ra- <br />tionale for BMP selection; hydrographs, pipe sizing calculations, detention <br />and retention calculations; items listed below; and any additional infor- <br />mation requested by the city engineer or SWCD. <br />(b) The report (sketches and maps may be placed on 11" by 17" sheets of paper <br />folded into the report) shall include, but not be limited to: <br />(1) Soil map (1" = 200' Scale) with 2'- interval contours. <br />(2) All soil types with all ground cover, woodland, and other ground condi- <br />tions noted. <br />(3) Total drainage area with before and after conditions noted. <br />(4) Legends for soils, area in acres, and soil groups. <br />(5) Copy of the U.S. Department of Agriculture SCS soil survey of Cuya- <br />hoga County showing the entire drainage area and sub -area. <br />(6) All existing drainage facilities. <br />(c) Drainage Area Maps before and after development: <br />74 <br />
