(1) An aerial photograph with a scale 1" =200', along with the entire drain- <br />age area and all sub -areas noted along with all existing land use condi- <br />tion, contour shall be 2' interval minimum (any other submittal shall <br />meet with prior approval of city engineer). <br />(2) All existing drainage facilities with necessary field data. <br />(3) All natural waterways and cross sections of all waterways with any <br />other data to sufficiently determine the exact time of concentration or <br />travel time (label flow types as sheet, concentrated, channel or other <br />types). <br />(4) All existing and proposed modifications to drainage system, pertinent <br />drainage facilities beyond the development area. <br />(5) A complete storm sewer design noting all proposed storm sewers, cul- <br />verts, and other storm sewer management facilities. <br />(6) Emergency flow way, the flow route for a 100 -year storm conveyed <br />tlmu the proposed project and to the storm inlet or channel outside the <br />project site. <br />(d) Summary of Long -Term Maintenance Plan <br />(1) Statement of the person or entity who will own the detention or reten- <br />tion facilities, BMPs and storm water structures when the construction <br />is completed. <br />(2) Statement of the person or entity responsible for long -tern mainte- <br />nance, repairs, and replacement of the BMPs, storm water conveyance, <br />storage structures, basins, and all storm water related items. <br />(3) Statement of the person or entity responsible for the annual inspections <br />of the post construction BMPs. <br />1339.17 FINAL COMPLETION <br />(a) Completion. The owner shall notify the city engineer upon completion of all <br />construction improvements or temporary or permanent soil erosion, sedi- <br />ment, and other wastes control practices and the removal of the temporary <br />soil erosion, sediment, and other wastes control practices for which the <br />guarantee has been provided. <br />(b) Final Acceptance. The City will grant foal acceptance and release the <br />guarantee when the following criteria are met: <br />(1) Final stabilization is achieved, as approved by the city engineer; <br />(2) All water quality BMPs are installed and functioning as per the ap- <br />proved SWMP, as witnessed by the city engineer during an as -built in- <br />spection; <br />(3) An as -built SWMP is approved by and filed with the city engineer, <br />which as -built SWMP shall include at a minimum: <br />A.
