(b) The Clerk of Council shall have authority to exchange copies of the Codi- fied Ordinances of the City of Lakewood, Ohio, with municipalities extend- ing like courtesy to the City. (c) The Clerk of Council shall have authority to sell a printed copy of the Codi- fied Ordinances, including the Second Amended Charter , or a printed copy of the Second Amended Charter separately, in heavy paper cover at the City's cost. (d) The Clerk of Council shall distribute periodically the amendments and sup- plements to the Codified Ordinances. The following administrative de- partments are hereby established: a Department of Public Works, a Depart- ment of Public Safety, a Department of Law, a Department of Finance, a Department of Planning and Development, a Department of Human Ser- vices, and a Department of Human Resources. shall be repealed, and new Section 101.09, Distribution and Charges, shall be enacted to read as follows: 101.09 DISTRIBUTION AND CHARGES. (a) if requested- Tthe Clerk of Council shall deliver one complete code in bind- er, including the Charter to the Mayor, one to the Judge and Clerk of the Municipal Court, one to each member of Council, one to the head of each department or division of the City, one to the Lakewood Public Library and Madison branch, one to the Lakewood Board of Education, one to the Juve- nile Court of Cuyahoga County, and to other Public Entities as deemed ap- propriate by the Director of Law, and a complete code or such component parts of such code to the employees in each department or division of the City as may be necessary for the daily operation of such departments or di- visions of the City. (d) The Clerk of Council shall distribute periodically the amendments and sup- plements to the Codified Ordinances.
