Members of Congress representing <br /> the City of Cleveland shall not participate in the selection <br /> of a successo~, for a trustee removed but not originally appointe~ <br /> under Paragraph I.' <br /> <br /> H. Additional Members of the Congress- In the event any <br /> municipality, township or Board of County Commissioners files <br /> an application to have some part or all of the area over which <br /> it exercises jurisdiction included within the Authority, aha <br /> such application is approved by a majority of the Board of <br /> Trustees or by this Court, thereafter such municipality or <br /> Board of County Cormmissioners shall be entitled to elect <br /> members to the Congress on the same basis as that provided <br /> in Paragraph A of this section 6. <br /> <br /> I. Inclusion of the City of Cleveland- In the event <br />the City of Cleveland is a signer of this petition or applies <br />for inclusion within the Authority, the Mayor of the City of <br />Cleveland, with the concurrence of a majority of Cleveland <br />City Council shall appoint three members to the Board of <br />Trustees, one of whom shall be one of the Trustees appointed <br />initially for a one year term, and one of whom shall be one <br /> <br />of the trustees appointed initially for <br />one of whom shall be one of the trustees <br />for a full three year term. Thereafter, <br /> <br />a two year term, and <br />appointed initially <br />the City of Cleveland <br /> <br />may replace these trustees with trustees who shall serve a <br />full three year term. Should the City of Cleveland fail to <br />apply for'inclusion in thls Authority prior to the first <br />election of trustees, Its representation on the Board of <br />Trustees shall be provided by filling one of the trustees <br />positions falling Vacant In each of the succeeding t~',r, ee years, <br />Which appointees shall serve, then, for a full three year term. <br />ShOUld the City of Clevela~d choose thl~ method of Obtaining <br /> <br /> <br />
