for each day that any outdoor advertising structure or the <br />removal thereof is not in full compliance with any of the <br />requirements mandated and set forth in Sections V and VI. <br /> <br /> B. Stipulated penalties are due within twenty (20) <br />days of any violation set forth in Paragraph A above. Stipulat- <br />ed penalties are payable to the City of Lakewood by cashier's <br />check, and mailed to the City of Lakewood, Law Director, 12650 <br />Detroit Avenue, Lakewood, Ohio 44107. A letter summarizing the <br />violation(s) for which payment is being made shall be enclosed <br />with all checks. <br /> <br /> C. Stipulated penalties are not the exclusive remedy <br />of Lakewood for Patrick's violation of this Consent Decree. The <br /> <br />City of Lakewood reserves the right to use any other remedy to <br />which it is otherwise legally entitled including, but not <br />limited to, injunctive relief, for any failure to comply with <br />interim or final compliance dates, and criminal penalties as <br />prescribed by the Sign Ordinance for violations occurring from <br />the date that this Consent Decree is executed by the Parties. <br /> <br /> VIII. FORM OF NOTICE <br /> <br /> Ail reports or notices .required pursuant to this <br />Consent Decree shall be submitted by Patrick to the City of <br />Lakewood to David R.
