IX. .SEVERABILITY <br /> <br /> The provisions of this Consent Decree shall be sever- <br />able, and should any provision be declared by a Federal coUrt of <br />competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable, the remaining <br />provisions of this Consent Decree shall remain in full force and <br />effect. <br /> <br /> X. GENERAL PROVISIONS <br /> <br /> A. This Consent Decree constitutes a full and final <br /> settlement of the Complaint. <br /> <br /> B. This Consent Decree in no way relieves Patrick of <br /> its responsibility to comply with any other Federal, State, or <br /> local laws, regulations, or permit conditions or any law, <br /> regulation or permit condition of the City of LakeWood which is <br /> consistent with this Consent Decree. <br /> <br /> C. This Consent Decree is neither a permit nor a <br />modification of any existing permit. <br /> <br /> D. By this Consent Decree, Lakewood does not waive <br />any rights or remedies available to it for any violations of <br />this Consent Decree or any present or future violations by <br />Patrick, of the state or l~cal regulations or permit conditions. <br /> <br /> E. This Consent Decree does not limit or affect the <br />rights of Lakewood as against any third parties. <br /> <br /> F. Each party shall bear its own costs and attor- <br />neys' fees in this action. The following entry shall be ap- <br />proved and filed by the parties hereto in U.S. Sixth Circuit <br />Court of Appeals Case No. 88-4118 and Eighth Ohio Appellate <br /> <br />-10- <br /> <br /> <br />
