Method of Payment,. Reimbursemen~ for the Gran~ee's monthly costs under <br /> ~his agreemen~ shall be made within thiz~y (30) calendar days after receip~ by the <br /> <br />Agency of an accurate claim for reimbursemen~ of the Gran~ee's previous month's <br />Title III program costs. No paymen~ will be made ~o reimburse coscs of the Gran~ee <br />when said costs are not within the scope of a line i~em budge~(s) (a~ached) which <br />is approved by the Agency. The Grantee agrees ~o claim Title III service costs for <br />reimbursemen~ only after said costs are incurred by ~he Grancee. The Grantee <br />understands tha~ ~he reimbursement of Title !II costs are con~ingen~ upon ~he <br />Grantee expending the required non-federal ma~ching funds for each Ti ~le III <br />program for which reimbursement is sough~, and agrees ~o incur said ma~ching costs <br />as approved and de~ailed in the line-item budget(s) (at~ached). If any of the <br />services under this Agreement, for any of the four (4) quarters of this Agreemen~ <br />period, are not performed by the Grantee, the Agency shall reduce the Grantee's <br />Title III award for such services by a pro ra~a one-fourth of the annual award for <br />said~ service. If, by the end of this contrac~ period, at leas~ eighty percen~ <br />(80~) of the contracted units lis~ed in section A,~ line $ on the a~ached concract <br />service page(s) is no~ performed by the Gran~ee, the Agency shall reduce the <br />Grantee's Ti~Ie III award for said service(s) a~ an amoun~ equaling the Title III <br /> <br />uni~ cos~ factor in Section B multiplied by the n~mher of units below the said 80~ <br />~hreshold.
