8. Chances ~n Gran=ee's Services. The Agency =ill inform rne Grantee <br />wrl=ing of any problems iF no=es ~n =he provlslon of =he service{s). The Granuee <br />shall respond in writing =o ~he Agency wi=bin ~hir=y '(3~) calendar days after =he <br />sending of such no=ice informing ~he Agency of The correc~ve ac=ion i= :.;ill take <br />In regard =o each such problem, and stating when such corrective action ~.;ill be <br />effective. If the Agency does no= approve such corrective action, and/or ~he date <br />proposed for its implementation, i~ shall so inform the Gran~ee in writing and <br />spec!fy a time by which corrective action acceptable .to it shall be proposed and/or <br />implemented. If such corrective action is no= proposed and/or implemented by <br />~ime, ~hen r_he Agency may suspend reimbursement of all or par~ of the cost of the <br />service{s) un=~l corrective action acceptable ~o =he Agency is implemented. <br /> <br /> 9. Nutrition Service. If a nutrition service is covered under =his agreement, <br />=he Grantee agrees to ~he following: <br /> <br /> A. Meal Reports. The Grantee agrees to submi= an accurate meal report in <br /> accordance ~.zi~h =he forms provided by =he Agency ~o =he Agency by =he <br /> end of each week following the week ~he nutrition service Takes place. <br /> <br /> B. £merqency Food and Closinq.s.. In the' even= of an emergency which <br /> <br /> 'includes, bUt is nol= limited to, inclement wearier, utility failure, <br /> <br /> s~rikes, natural hazards or 'acTs of God, the Granuee may opt =o close <br /> the service center.
