C. Food?Supply Deliver. The Grantee agrees to provide s~aff at its site ~o accept, count and sign for ~he delivery of IIIC meals and supplies which is scheduled to take place daily between 7~ am and 10:$0 am. D. Interruption of Nutrition Service. The Grantee agrees to submit in writing to ~he Agency all requests for relocating and remodeling nutrition sites. Such requests must be received by ~he Agency sixty (60) calendar days prior to ~he proposed relocation/remodeling in order to receive approval from ~he Agency. The Grantee agrees to notify ~he Agency in writing no later ~han ~he Thursday of ~he week prior to any scheduled activities which interrupt ~he nutrition service delivery and obtain written Agency approval prior to such interruptions. E. Number of Serving Da~. The grante® agrees to provide Title IZZ nutrition services each weekday during ~his Agreement period except for ~hose days observed as holidays by ~he Federal Government. The Grantee agrees that any change to ~his. number~ of serving days outside of emergency closing days must be approved in writing and in advance by ~he Agency. 10. Accountinq Records. The Grantee agrees to maintain its accounts and documents so as ~o permit the determination of the status of the funds which are to be paid under this Agreement at any time. The Grantee agrees to maintain supporting documents so as to permit the determination of the status of cash expenditures and in-kind transactions which are used as a match for the Grantee's Title III funds. If =he Gran~ee receives funds to administer activities not covered under this agreement, the Grantee agrees to develop and maintain documentation describing the method used to allocate any line-item costs that are shared by the Title III service(s) and other such activity.
