2. <br />3. <br />Tenant or its nominee, during the Second Extended Term, then, and only in such event, <br />Tenant shall have the right, at its option; and without penalty, to terminate the Lease at <br />any time thereafter during the Second Extended Term by providing not less than one <br />hundred eighty (180) days prior written notice to Landlord of its intention to terminate <br />(the "Early Termination Notice "). If the Early Termination Notice is provided by Tenant, <br />Tenant shall vacate the Premises and surrender the same to Landlord in the condition <br />required by the provisions of the Lease by the one hundred eightieth (180 ") day following <br />the date of the Early Termination Notice (the "Early Termination Date ").
