Mr. Bullock remarked that the project is a big opportunity for the City and that the draft term <br />is a strong start to bringing the project to fruition. He expressed excitement about Council's <br />upcoming role working together to review the term sheet. <br />On the motion to defer: <br />Motion adopted. All members voting yea. <br />5. Keep Lakewood Beautiful Home Awards Presentation. (To Be Provided). <br />Mr. O'Leary remarked that the beautiful Home Awards offer an opportunity to appreciate the <br />outstanding work that dedicated homeowners are putting into their homes. He remarked that <br />these efforts are an asset to our community, improving our day -to -day lives. He thanked all <br />of the nominees and encouraged everyone to participate in the nominating process for the <br />2018 awards. <br />Ms. Ruth Gillett gave the Beautiful Home Awards presentation on behalf of the Keep <br />Lakewood Beautiful Board. Over 20 homes were nominated for an award but only one per <br />school district was selected for the 2017 season. <br />Ms. Gillett remarked on the history of the properties and the personal touches added by each <br />homeowner. She also shared each homeowner's gardening advice and philosophies. <br />Property owners at the following properties received awards: <br />1336 Edanola <br />1263 Bonnieview <br />1557 Belle <br />1537 Lakeland <br />2162 Wyandotte <br />1542 Olivewood <br />1438 Grace <br />
