Motion by President O'Leary, seconded by Mr. Anderson to refer to Public Safety <br />Committee. <br />Councilmembers Anderson and George expressed that they are looking forward to <br />addressing this in committee. They each briefly mentioned Council's previous efforts to <br />address this issue. <br />On the motion: All members voting yea. Motion passed. <br />22. Communication from Council President O'Leary regarding scheduling of Committee of <br />the Whole meeting. (pg. 97) <br />President O'Leary added that via email Council was able to schedule this meeting for 2/2/19. <br />Councilmembers briefly discussed the approximate time of the meeting. <br />Motion by President O'Leary, seconded by Mr. Anderson to receive and file the <br />communication. <br />All members voting yea. Motion passed. <br />23. Communication from Councilmember Bullock regarding appointment to the Citizens <br />Advisory Committee. (pg. 98) <br />Motion by Mr. Bullock, seconded by President O'Leary to receive and file the <br />communication. <br />All members voting yea. Motion passed. <br />24. Communication from Council President O'Leary and Mayor Summers regarding <br />establishment of a Youth Council Planning Task Force. (pg. 99) <br />President O'Leary remarked that the proposed Youth Council legislation is more time <br />sensitive due to coordination with the school year. <br />Motion by President O'Leary, seconded by Mr. Anderson to receive and file the <br />communication. <br />All members voting yea.
