President O'Leary expressed willingness to consider the resolution tonight as it is <br />straightforward and important to facilitating the City's right to use and access the sewers. <br />Motion by President O'Leary, seconded by Mr. Anderson to receive and file the <br />communication. <br />All members voting yea. Motion passed. <br />33. RESOLUTION 9050-19 - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it <br />receives the vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise to take <br />effect at the earliest period allowed by law, authorizing the Mayor to enter into an <br />easement agreement with JAMES A. BROWN and THERESE R. BROWN, governing <br />the rights of the parties relative to a parcel located at Erie Cliff Drive, Lakewood, Ohio <br />44107 (PPN#311-13-096) which grants the City of Lakewood access to the parcel for <br />construction and ongoing maintenance of the underlying sewer lines for a payment of <br />$1.00. (pg. 117) <br />Motion by President O'Leary, seconded by Mr. Rader to adopt Resolution 9050-19. <br />All members voting yea. Motion passed. Resolution 9050-19 adopted. <br />****LIQUOR PERMITS**** <br />34. Liquor Permit notice regarding Golden Gate Inc. 16009 Hilliard Rd. (pg. 124) <br />Motion by President O'Leary, seconded by Mr. Anderson to file without objection. <br />All members voting yea. Motion passed. <br />35. Liquor Permit notice regarding Brownstone Private Child Care at 18225 Sloane Ave. (pg. <br />125) <br />Motion by President O'Leary, seconded by Mr. Anderson to defer. <br />All members voting yea. Motion passed. <br />
