20. RESOLUTION 9077-19 - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it <br /> receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or <br /> otherwise to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, <br /> requesting the Cuyahoga County Fiscal Officer to draw and the Cuyahoga County <br /> Treasurer to pay to the City of Lakewood Director of Finance an advance of all real, <br /> personal property, estate taxes and special assessments collected in the year 2020 in such <br /> amounts as may be requested and available. (pg. 34) <br /> Motion by President O'Leary, seconded by Vice President Anderson to refer Resolution <br /> 9077-19 to Finance Committee. <br /> On the motion: All members voted in favor. Motion passed. Resolution 9077-19 referred to <br /> Finance Committee. <br /> 21. RESOLUTION 9078-19 - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it <br /> receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or <br /> otherwise to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, accepting <br /> the amounts and rates as determined by the Budget Commission and authorizing the <br /> necessary tax levies and certifying them to the County Fiscal Officer. Motion passed. <br /> ****PUBLIC COMMENT"" <br /> Coletta Graham — 1286 Chase Ave. <br /> Mrs. Graham asked questions about the hospital demolition, expressed frustration with the <br /> timing of the traffic lights at Detroit and Bunts and Detroit and Andrews, and also expressed <br /> concern about the quality of the workmanship on the exterior of a home in her neighborhood. <br /> 9 <br />
