1-16, our own non-discrimination ordinance in 2016. The jurisdictions where those protections <br /> are enjoyed are a patchwork throughout the State of Ohio. You can live in Avon Lake and work <br /> in Lakewood and only be protected from discrimination eight hours per day. That just doesn't <br /> make sense.
