Councilmember Litten clarified that he was interested and available to serve on the panel. <br /> Motion by Councilmember O'Malley, seconded by President O'Leary to amend Resolution <br /> 2019-12 to insert his name as well as a second name, John Litten. <br /> A roll call vote was taken on the motion to amend: <br /> Yeas: Anderson, Bullock, George, Litten, O'Leary, O'Malley, Rader <br /> Nays: none <br /> Motion passed. Resolution 2019-12 amended. <br /> Motion by President O'Leary, seconded by Vice President Anderson to adopt Resolution 2019- <br /> 12 as amended. <br /> A roll call vote was taken on the motion: <br /> Yeas: Anderson, Bullock, George, Litten, O'Leary, O'Malley, Rader <br /> Nays: none <br /> Motion passed. Resolution 2019-12 adopted as amended. <br /> 32. Communication from Planning Director Sylvester regarding Citizen Advisory Committee <br /> recommendations for FY 2020. (pg. 103) <br /> Motion by President O'Leary, seconded by Vice President Anderson to receive and file the <br /> communication. <br /> All members voted in favor. Motion passed. <br /> 33. RESOLUTION 2019-13 - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it <br /> receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise <br /> to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, authorizing and <br /> directing the Mayor to submit the Fiscal Year (FY) 2020 One-Year Action Plan of the FY <br /> 2020 —2024 Five Year Consolidated Plan which includes dollar allocations and activities <br /> to be funded with federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Emergency <br /> Solutions Grant (ESG), and HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME) resources <br /> and incorporates the City's application to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban <br /> Development (HUD) for FY 2020 CDBG, ESG, and HOME funds and all amendments <br /> thereto and all understandings and assurances contained therein.
