Resolution 2019-03 amended. <br /> At the suggestion of Councilmember Bullock, President O'Leary invited applicant Brad Presutto <br /> to address Council as an applicant. <br /> Mr. Presutto addressed Council, describing his financial experience. <br /> Motion by Councilmember Bullock, seconded by President O'Leary to insert the name Lauren <br /> Palacio into the second blank of Resolution 2019-03. <br /> All members voted in favor. Motion passed. Resolution 2019-03 amended. <br /> RESOLUTION 2019-05 —A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it receives the <br /> affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise to take effect and be <br /> in force after the earliest period allowed by law, appointing to the Board of <br /> Building Standards and Building Appeals and Architecture Board of Review for the five year term <br /> beginning January 1, 2020 and ending December 31, 2024. <br /> President O'Leary announced that Council's current appointee, David Maniet is interested in <br /> continuing his service and has served ably thus far. <br /> Councilmember Bullock reported his favorable observations of Mr. Maniet as an attendee of <br /> several board meetings. He noted that those who work with him in the Planning Department have <br /> found him professional and effective. <br /> Motion by Councilmember Bullock, seconded by President O'Leary to insert the name David <br /> Maniet into the blank in Resolution 2019-05. <br /> All members voted in favor.
