RESOLUTION 2021-19 - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it <br /> receives the vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise to take <br /> effect at the earliest period allowed by law requesting President Joe Biden to sign an <br /> executive order for federal management that will reduce toxic harmful algae blooms that <br /> are costly for municipal water treatment plants and result in economic harm to fishing, <br /> boating, property, recreational, and tourist-related businesses.
