14. Communication from Councilmember Bullock regarding introduction of DriveOhio state program. (pg. 34) Councilmember Bullock made a motion, seconded by President O'Malley to receive and file the communication. Public Comment: Luke Stedke of DriveOhio gave a brief presentation regarding automated, electronic transportation infrastructure. Councilmembers then discussed electric vehicle transportation with Mr. Stedke. On the motion: A roll call vote was taken as follows: Yeas —Bullock, Kepple, Litten, Neff, O'Malley, Rader, Shachner Nays —None Motion passed. The communication was received and filed 15. Communication from Director Leininger regarding the Neighborhood Traffic Calming Program. (pg. 35) President O'Malley made a motion, seconded by Vice President Litten to receive and file the communication. Discussion: Vice President Litten complimented the work ofDirector Leininger and Mr. Baas in the Planning Department. Councilmember Shachner asked if any streets are beyond data collection and will have devices implemented on the 12 city streets proposed. Director Leininger indicated that no devices are imminent and that data collection is still underway. Councilmembers expressed appreciation for the study and inquired about the program's process, specifically how information would be disseminated to the public.
