RESOLUTION 2021-25 - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it <br /> receives the affirmative vote of at least five members of Council, or otherwise to take effect <br /> and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, authorizing the Mayor, Director of <br /> Public Works and City Engineer, to submit an application for the NatureWorks Grant <br /> through the Ohio Department of Natural Resources, to ex-ecute any and all agreement <br /> necessary to accept an award and to obligate funds required to com-plete the project to <br /> become eligible for reimbursement under the grant program. (pg. 034) <br /> President O'Malley made a motion, seconded by Vice President Litten to refer Resolution <br /> 2021-25 to the Public Works and Sustainability Committee. <br /> All members voted in favor.
