23. Appointment to the Community Relations Advisory Commission from Councilmember <br /> Neff. (pg. 43) <br /> Motion by Councilmember Neff, seconded by President O'Malley to receive and file the <br /> communication. All members voted in favor. Motion passed. The communication was <br /> received and bled. <br /> 24. Communication from Human Serviced Director Gelsomino regarding human services <br /> staff training. (pg. 44) <br /> Motion by President O'Malley, seconded by Vice President Litten to receive and file the <br /> communication. <br /> Discussion: Councilmember Kepple applauded the efforts of the Mayor and Director <br /> Gelsomino to get staff this type of training. <br /> On the motion: All members voted in favor. Motion passed. The communication was <br /> received and bled. <br /> 25. Communication from Human Resources Director Dillinger regarding 2021 Merit Bonus <br /> Awards. They gave a variety of recommendations regarding <br /> HVAC, drainage, odor control, sound barriers, and interior furnishings.
