Discussion: Councilmember Bullock expressed a desire to get written minutes of the CREC <br /> meeting. <br /> On the motion: All members voted in favor. Motion passed. The oral report was received and <br /> bled. <br /> 19. Report from Councilmember Kepple regarding ADA Task Force meeting held October <br /> 28, 2021. (to be provided) <br /> Councilmember Kepple noted that the ADA Task Force met with DLZ project manager <br /> Steve Metzger on October 281h regarding creating a transition plan. She highlighted efforts to <br /> improve accessibility of the city website and ways to report physical accessibility problems <br /> around town. They are exploring economic incentives to encourage businesses to make their <br /> storefronts more accessible. Educational opportunities for businesses on accessibility issues <br /> will be explored with the Lakewood Chamber of Commerce. <br /> Motion by Councilmember Kepple, seconded by President O'Malley to receive and file the <br /> oral report. All members voted in favor. Motion passed. The oral report was received and <br /> bled. <br /> ****NEW BUSINESS*** <br /> 20. Keep Lakewood Beautiful —Beautiful Home Awards presentation. (pg. 37) <br /> Members of the Keep Lakewood Beautiful presented Beautiful Home Awards to this year's <br /> winners. Councilmembers and the mayor congratulated the award recipients. <br /> 21. Appointment to the Citizens Advisory Committee from Councilmember Bullock.
