ORDINANCE 05-2022 —AN ORDINANCE to take effect November 30, 2022 <br /> enacting requirements for structural engineer reports from property owners for the <br /> facade of any occupiable structure 30 years old and more than four stories in height, for <br /> any underground parking structure and any above ground parking structure. (Is'read <br /> and referred to HPD 217122, 2"d reading 2122122) (pg. 6) <br /> Motion by President O'Malley, seconded by Vice President Litten to substitute Ordinance 05- <br /> 2022. (Is'read& referred to HPD 317122) (pg. 8) <br /> Motion by President O'Malley, seconded by Vice President Litten to defer Ord. 07-2022. <br /> Discussion: President O'Malley reflected on the process of approving medical marijuana <br /> dispensaries in 2017 and the decision to require a $25,000 permit fee. He remarked on the <br /> importance of this revenue to the city and asked the Law Department if there was any reason to <br /> believe that the permit fee could be in jeopardy. <br /> 5 <br />
