B. Double time for all hours on duty in excess of twelve (12) consecutive hours. <br />C. Double time for all hours on duty in excess of eight (8) on the following holidays: <br />New Year's Day Memorial Day <br />Independence Day Labor Day <br />Thanksgiving Day Christmas Day <br />Martin Luther King, Jr. Day President's Day <br />Veterans' Day Good Friday <br />Juneteenth <br />D. Any employee scheduled off on any of the above listed ten (10) holidays, who is <br />compelled to work, shall be compensated at'a rate of double time. <br />Any employee who is compelled to perform official overtime duty during <br />scheduled vacation shall be compensated at the rate of double time in accordance <br />with the provisions of this Article. <br />14.03 Employees required to work on the following days shall be paid at time and one-half <br />(1-1/2). <br />New Year's Day Independence Day <br />Martin Luther King, Jr. Day Veterans' Day <br />President's Day Thanksgiving Day <br />Good Friday Christmas Day <br />Memorial Day Labor Day <br />Juneteenth <br />14.04 All official court overtime duty ordered by the Director of Public Safety, a superior <br />officer of the Police Department, the Law Director or Assistant Prosecutor of the City of <br />Lakewood, the Judge or Clerk of the Lakewood Municipal Court, or in response to a subpoena or <br />similar writ commanding appearance in a criminal, quasi -criminal or civil case, arising out of an <br />incident while on duty as an employee of the Lakewood Police Department, shall be <br />compensated at the rate of time and one-half (1-1/2), and any employee who is compelled to <br />perform such official overtime duty at a time not abutting the beginning or end of his or her <br />X <br />
