RESOLUTION 2022-52 - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it <br /> receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council,or otherwise <br /> to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, authorizing the <br /> Mayor of the City of Lakewood, Ohio, to enter into an Agreement with the Lakewood <br /> Fraternal Order of Police, Dispatch Unit for a three-year period commencing January 1, <br /> 2023 and ending December 31, 2025, and ratifying that Agreement. (pg. 085) <br /> Councilmember Bullock requested that Council have the opportunity to hear more from the <br /> administration on its policy approach to the collective bargaining agreements. <br /> Motion by President Litten, seconded by Councilmember Rader, to adopt Resolution 2022-52. <br /> Discussion: <br /> Councilmember Bullock questioned if there would be a future conversation about the collective <br /> bargaining agreements. <br /> President Litten invited the administration to address Councilmember Bullock's questions in the <br /> 6 <br />
