Motion by President Litten, seconded by Vice President Kepple to receive and file <br /> communication. All in favor. Motion passed. <br /> 5. RESOLUTION 2022-49 - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it <br /> receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise <br /> to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, appointing <br /> to the Board of Building Standards/Architectural Board of Review <br /> for the five-year term beginning January 1,2023 and ending December 31, 2027. (Referred <br /> to COW 1117122) <br /> Motion by President Litten, seconded by Vice President Kepple to substitute, to insert the name <br /> Chris Egervary into the blank. A roll call vote was conducted as follows: <br /> Yeas: Baker, Bullock, Kepple, Litten, Marx, Rader, Shachner <br /> Nays: none <br /> Motion passed. Resolution 2022-49 substituted. <br /> Motion by President Litten, seconded by Vice President Kepple to adopt Resolution 2022-49 as <br /> substituted. <br /> A roll call vote was conducted as follows: <br /> Yeas: Baker, Bullock, Kepple, Litten, Marx, Rader, Shachner <br /> Nays: none <br /> Motion passed. Resolution 2022-49 adopted as substituted. <br /> 6. RESOLUTION 2022-58 - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it <br /> receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise <br /> to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, appointing <br /> to the Board of Zoning Appeals for the remainder of an unexpired term <br /> beginning immediately and ending December 31, 2024. RESOLUTION 2022-59 - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it <br /> receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise <br /> to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, appointing <br /> to the Public Art Advisory Board for the remainder of an unexpired <br /> term beginning immediately and ending December 31, 2024.
