Discussion: In response to a question from President Litten, Chief Kaucheck explained that the <br />grant will allow nearly all police cars to be equipped with an AED. RESOLUTION 2023-30 - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it <br />receives the vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise to take <br />effect at the earliest period allowed by law, The Director of Public Works is hereby <br />authorized to grant a utility easement to the Ohio Edison Company, governing the rights <br />of the parties relative to a parcel located at 12928 Berea Road, Lakewood, Ohio 44107 <br />(PPN#315-24-015) granting access to the property for the purpose utility service to the <br />facility and ongoing maintenance.
