Mr. Foley reiterated various concerns about a multi-unit apartment building on Beach Ave. He <br />commended Lakewood Fire for recently containing a large fire that threatened the neighborhood. <br />He noted that although police always respond in a timely and professional manner, that problems <br />persist including violent fights, constant trash and belongings on the tree lawn, and suspected drug <br />activity.
