(pg. 13) <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Bullock, seconded by President Litten to receive and file the <br />communication. <br /> <br />Discussion: Councilmember Shachner shared his excitement about the potential passage of this <br />ordinance, and he thanked everyone involved in crafting the ordinance for their hard work. <br /> <br />Councilmember Baker shared that this is anexample of how a good process can produce a good <br />outcome. He also stated that he has a small amendment he will propose. <br /> <br />Councilmember Rader shared that affordability and being able to age in place are key to the <br />success and longevity of our community and he thanked everyone for their involvement. <br /> <br />On the motion: All in favor, motion passed. <br />8.
