Supplemental Regulations for <br />Specific Uses(bb)(13) which sets the minimum rental term for an ADU to 180 days. He <br />suggested changing the minimum rental term to 60 days to allow for more flexibility for those <br />coming to town for internships, etc.to be able to rent, while maintaining the original intent of <br />the restriction to avoid extreme short-term rentals. <br /> <br />On the motion: Motion to amend seconded by President Litten.
