L 6) Each of the parties hereto shall be responsible for loss or damage to its equipment or apparatus while engaged outside the limits of its territory and within the limits of the subdivision calling for said additional police protection. 7) Neither of the parties hereto shall be entitled to reim- bursement for any pension or indemnity award or premium contribution assessed against the subdivision providing said additional police protection or for Workmen's Compensation benefits or for the injuries to or death of its Police Department members incurredwhile engaged in rendering services pursuant to this Agreement. 8) Neither of the'parties hereto shall be liable for any damages to the other party for failure to answer or neglect in answering any call for additional police protection for inade-• quacy, neligent operation of equipment and apparatus, or for any cause whatsoever growinq out of such use of said equipment and apparatus or lack of performance of duties by Police Department member.s. Neither of said parties shall be laible in any manner or event for damages for personal injuries suffered by any member of said Police Department 'of the other contracting party hereto. 9) That this contract shall be for an indefinite period from and after the date of its execution; provided, however, that e-ither of the parties may terminate this agreement upon thirty (30) days written notice to the Clerk of Council of the party upon whOm said notice is served.
