? <br />L <br />6) Each of the parties hereto shall be responsible for loss <br />or damage to its equipment or apparatus while engaged outside the <br />limits of its territory and within the limits of the subdivision <br />calling for said additional police protection. <br />7) Neither of the parties hereto shall be entitled to reim- <br />bursement for any pension or indemnity award or premium contribution <br />assessed against the subdivision providing said additional police <br />protection or for Workmen's Compensation benefits or for the injuries <br />to or death of its Police Department members incurredwhile engaged <br />in rendering services pursuant to this Agreement. <br />8) Neither of the'parties hereto shall be liable for any <br />damages to the other party for failure to answer or neglect in <br />answering any call for additional police protection for inade-• <br />quacy, neligent operation of equipment and apparatus, or for any <br />cause whatsoever growinq out of such use of said equipment and <br />apparatus or lack of performance of duties by Police Department <br />member.s. Neither of said parties shall be laible in any manner or <br />event for damages for personal injuries suffered by any member of <br />said Police Department 'of the other contracting party hereto. <br />9) That this contract shall be for an indefinite period from <br />and after the date of its execution; provided, however, that <br />e-ither of the parties may terminate this agreement upon thirty <br />(30) days written notice to the Clerk of Council of the party upon <br />whOm said notice is served. <br />IN.
