M.V. ORDINANCE NO. 81- Page -5- (h) Each newly appointed Auxiliary Police Officer shall receive an allowance in an amount not to exceed $350.00. The Chief of Police will issue a purchase order as required. Section 3. LONGEVITY SCHEDULE Each employee of the municipality shall be entitled to longevity pay increases in accordance with the following schedule: (a) For not less than five (5 )' years or more than ten (.10) years' service, $20.00 additional compensation per month. (.b) For not less than ten (10) years nor more than fifteen (15) years' service, $35.00 additional compensation per month. (.c) For not less than fifteen (15) years nor more than twenty (:20) years' service, $50.00 additional compensation per month. (,d) For more than twenty (20) years' service, $65.00 additional compensation per month. Section 4. VACATION SCHEDULE Definition: "Year of Employment" refers to the 12-month period commencing with the date of employment and each 12-month period of employment thereafter.
