Section 86--Two Li hts On Front a At all times mentioned in section 76 at least two lighted lamps shall be displayed, one near each side of the front of every motor vehicle except when such vehicle is parked subject to the regulations governing lights on parked vehicles. (b) The Chief of Police is hereby au';hcrizad and directed to prescribe and promulgate regulations rep€a,t:ing to the design and. use of such lamps and such regulations shall be in accordance with currently recognized standards.
