_ 3 <br />Pole trailer. Every trailer or semi-trailer attached to <br />the towing vehicle by Means of a reach, or ?pole, or by being <br />boomed or othert~rise secured to the towing vehicle, and ordinarily <br />used for transporting long or irregular shaped loads such as <br />poles, pipe, or structural members capable, generally, of sustain- <br />ing themselves as beams bettreen the supporting cor_nections. <br />Police Officer. Every officer authoi^:~zed to dii^ect or regulate <br />traffic or to make arrests for violations of traffic regulations. <br />Private road or drivewa Every tray or place in private <br />ownership and used for ve Zieular travel by the otr~rne-r ~ nd those <br />having express or implied permission from the o~~rr~er but not by other <br />persons. <br />Residence district.
