The Owner shall first submit two ozalid prints of the Pre- <br /> liminary Plan and Profiles to the Village Engineer who will <br /> check the plan against all REQUIR..Iyi~iTTS herein and above <br /> listed. <br />b. The Village Engineer will then forvaard the prints of the Pre- <br /> liminary Plan and Profiles together with his comments and <br /> recommendations to the Commission. <br />c. The Commission shall set a date at which the plan is to be <br /> considered and shall notify the Owner of such a time and place <br /> so the Ovrner may attend. <br />d. The Commission shall by record vote determine to approve or <br /> disapprove the plan as submitted or as modified to meet its <br /> suggestions. <br />e. If the vote of Commission;is to approve the Preliminary Plan, <br /> it shall send the plan to Council with a written report of <br /> its action. If the vote of the Commission is to disapprove, <br /> its action is final unless the Ovaner elects to appeal the <br /> ty days after the decision <br />adverse report to Council within tvaen <br />'~ _ <br />of the Commission. ?-~ <br />f. Zf the report of the Commission is favorable, the Council may, <br /> by record vote, approve or disapprove the plan by majority <br /> vote-. The Secretary of the <br /> Commission shall retain one print of-the plan and profiles <br /> showing a11~~ cPia.nges and modifications as proposed by the Commission. <br /> This print shall be used to check the Final Plan tivhen it is <br /> submitted. <br />Section 5. FINAL PLAN <br />A. Requirements: <br />a.
