Acceptance clauses to be signed by the Village Engineer, the Secretary of the Commission and the Clerk of Council and a dedication clause to be signed by the Clerk of Council shall be included on the plan for use at the proper time. b. The Final Plan shall be made in India ink on good quality tracing cloth, and a duplicate tracing be furnished the Village >~.gine er . c. The Final Plan shall be made to the scale of one inch equals fifty feet; shall be complete and consistent in itself as to all measurements; shall shoy~r all survey data, both as to monLUnents and courses used to define the outlines of the land allotted. B. Procedures a. The Final Plan shall be submitted to the Village Engineer. If he finds that all requirements of Section 5 Final Plan have been complied with, he shall forv+rard the same to the • Commission. - b. This Final Plat shall not be signed by the Clerk nor recorded until the Village Engineer has certified that the Owner has complied y,rith the conditions of"Section 6 IT~2PROVIIIIENT _ OF STRF~S and Council has, by Resolution, approved the Final Plan for record. e. All actions by both the Commission and the Council shall be made a matter of their minutes at that meeting. Section 6. INIPROVIi;UIENT OF STREETS A. Requirements: a. The Improvement Plans shall be prepared on tracing cloth in India ink vrith a horizontal scale of one inch equals fifty feet and a vertical scale of one inch equals five feet by the Owners Engineer, who shall be a Registered Professional Engineer. An approved Regional Geodetic Survey datum and bench rnark shall be shovrn on the plan.
