-J~- <br />Owner; the original township and lot in which it is located; <br />that -the allotment is in the Village of n~ayfield; the date <br />vrhen signed by the Surveyor; and the proper acceptance clauses <br />to be signed by the OaFmer and notarized. Acceptance clauses <br />to be signed by the Village Engineer, the Secretary of the <br />Commission and the Clerk of Council and a dedication clause <br />to be signed by the Clerk of Council shall be included on <br />the plan for use at the proper time. <br />b. The Final Plan shall be made in India ink on good quality <br />tracing cloth, and a duplicate tracing be furnished the Village <br />>~.gine er . <br />c. The Final Plan shall be made to the scale of one inch equals <br />fifty feet; shall be complete and consistent in itself as to <br />all measurements; shall shoy~r all survey data, both as to <br />monLUnents and courses used to define the outlines of the <br />land allotted. <br />B. Procedures <br />a. The Final Plan shall be submitted to the Village Engineer. <br />If he finds that all requirements of Section 5 Final Plan <br />have been complied with, he shall forv+rard the same to the <br />• Commission. - <br />b. If the Commission finds that all requirements of Section 5 <br />Final Plan have been complied vdi.th ~~. that all conditions <br />imposed by it in its preliminary approval have been met, they <br />shall approve it and send it to th.e Council, <br />c. The ONmer shall deposit Z~rith the Village funds in the amount <br />fixed by the Village Engineer for all costs anal expenses in- <br />curred or to be incurred for approval of Preliminary Plan <br />- and the Final Plan. <br />d. If Council finds that all the above mentioned requirements <br />~,nd conditions have been met, it shalJ_, by Resolution, approve <br />the Final Plan; a.nd the Oumer shall be entitled to rely on <br />the action of Council that upon compliance z~ith Section 6 Il~~'ROVE- <br />1,~NT OF STS i~'ETS, Council will approve the Final Plan for <br />record. This Final Plat shall not be signed by the Clerk nor <br />recorded until the Village Engineer has certified that the <br />Owner has complied y,rith the conditions of"Section 6 IT~2PROVIIIIENT <br />_ OF STRF~S and Council has, by Resolution, approved the Final <br />Plan for record. <br />e. All actions by both the Commission and the Council shall be <br />made a matter of their minutes at that meeting. <br />Section 6. INIPROVIi;UIENT OF STREETS <br />A. Requirements: <br />a. The Improvement Plans shall be prepared on tracing cloth in <br />India ink vrith a horizontal scale of one inch equals fifty <br />feet and a vertical scale of one inch equals five feet by the <br />Owners Engineer, who shall be a Registered Professional <br />Engineer. An approved Regional Geodetic Survey datum and <br />bench rnark shall be shovrn on the plan. The Improvement Plan <br />shall include the folloti~ring: existing profile taken on the <br />center line and side lines of the street a.t intervals of fifty <br />
