The established grade shall be the same as the proposed <br /> centerline profile as sholvn on the Preliminary Profile and <br /> approved by the Village :Engineer. Grades shall be calculated <br /> for each fifty foot station z~ith vertical curves for each <br /> grade change. <br />c. 1~dherever outlets-for sewers and water mains are available <br /> to the alloiznent, the Ouaner must install and connect at <br /> his own cost all storm and sanitary sewers, culverts, water <br /> mains, and connections for each sublot for sewers and water. <br /> mains to three feet back of the edge of the proposed pave- <br /> ment. If, however, water mains and sewer outlet facili- <br /> ties are not available to the property, the allotment will <br /> not be approved unless some other b,rater supply means and <br /> setivage outlet means, meeting with the approval of the Council <br /> and the Public Health Authorities, are provided for each of <br /> the lots of the subdivision, 411 culverts or bridges necessary <br /> within the limits of the proposed streets, all box culverts <br /> and drainage outlets necessary to carry surface drainage acid <br /> all of the v~rork necessary in the ir_tersecti ons of the pro- <br /> posed street, ti~rith existing streets, i~cluding the repaving <br /> of such intersections and providing catch basins at such <br /> locations, shall be done by the OvTnersiof the proposed allot- <br />~ <br /> Village <br />ment and all to the approval and satisfaction of the <br /> Engineer. T1_ie OvTner shall furnish complete specifications, <br /> in triplicate, meeting the approval of~the Village Engineer, <br /> the Cuyahoga~County Sanitary Engineering Department, the City <br /> of Cleveland, Department of Public Utilities, Division of <br /> 1,N~ater and Heat and Council as may be required; for use by the <br /> Village Engineer, Village Street Commissioner, and Village <br /> Inspector. The Plans shall meet the approval of all three <br /> agencies and Council. Duplicate plans shall be filed vTith <br /> the Village Engineer. ! <br />d. After the"required underground improvements have been completely <br /> installed, a temporary pavement consisting of six inches of <br /> compacted, water bound macadam shall he installed upon a <br /> graded, compacted subgrade shaped to the cross section of the <br /> permanent pavement so that when the permanent pavement is <br /> constructed on top of this temporary pavement it will con- <br /> form to the camber and the established grade. <br />e . The permanent pavement shall be a minimum of t~~uo inches of <br /> asphaltic concrete eighteen feet in width placed on a base <br />: <br />" of 8~' wa.terbound macadam having a v~ridth of twenty feet.
