so, whether his license as such has ever been revoked and for what cause, such statement to be signed and sworn to by the applicant and filed with the Nla.yor as a permanent record. (g) He shall file three unmounted and unretouched photographs of himself, of such size and taken in such position as the Mayor may direct, taken within thirty (30) days prior to the fi73ng of such application; one eopy of such photograph .to be retained with said application in the Mayor's office, the remaining two copies to be returned to the applicant ir_.t he event his appli- cation for license sH.a1.l be denied. (h} He shall if required by the Mayor, submit to examination by a person designated by the Mayor respecting his knowledge of the provisions of this ordinance and of the traffic regulations and geography of the Village of ~~ayfield, and shall also, if required by the I~la.yor, demonstrate to an officer of the police department his skill and ability in_ drivir_g a public vehicle 1- (i) He shall comply tirith sucl: other rules and regulations, not incon-sistent" herewith, as may be established by the Mayor. Sec. 9• Issuance and Renewal of Public Vehicle Driver's Licenses. There shall be-issued.to each applicant for license under ection hereof who shall have fulfilled satisfactorily all the requirements of said section, a license card 5.n such form and substance as shall. be determined by the Mayor. Such license card shall bear the name and address of such licensee and shall have affixed thereto a copy of the licensee's photograph, in such manner that it may not be removed and another substituted-without detection.. Public vehicle driver's licenses shall be valid from date of issuance to and including the 31st day of December next succeeding. ReneUrals of such licenses shall be made in accordance with procedure to be prescribed by the lfayor. Such license card shall be conspicuously displayed in the public vehicle operated by the licensee, and steal]. upon demand of a pol?ceman or passenger be exhibited for inspection. Any licensee who defaces, damages or obliterates any official entry made upon his license shall have his license revoked. Sec. 10. Fees for Public Vehi cle grivers' Licenses. The follorrTin.g fees shall be paid fox: public .vehicle, drivers . licenses or renewals thereof: For each original license issued X1.00 For each renewal thereof .1.00 For replacement of license lost, stolen, mutilated or destroyed .50 Sec. 11. Suspension or revocation of Public Vehicle Driver's Licenses. An~T license issued under ection hereof may be suspended .or revoked at any time by the 1'~~ayor for violation of a provision of this ordinance or of the police regulations of the Village of Mayfield or for other good cause, provided that before suspending or revoking any such license the Mayor shall. afford the L.censee an opportunity to be heard upon the charges. The Mayor shall notify the police department of any such suspension or revocation.
