The Officer's appearance gives the public their first indication <br />of what they can expect. <br />BAD APPEARANCE <br />1. His hat cocked at a roguish angle. <br />2. His hands in his pockets. <br />3. Leather not polished. <br />~. Uniform not neat and clean. <br />5. Slipshod manner. <br />6. Poor choice of words. <br />7. Loud - Boisterous. <br />$.
