5.2 CnEIMS Protocols. In the event of a Major Emergency Incident, the <br />CMEIMS COMMUNITY shall comply with the CMEIMS Protocols. <br />5.3 CMEIMS 6uidelines. In the development and delivery of its Emergencv <br />Management Capacity, the CMEIMS COMMUNITY shall give strong <br />consideration to the CMEIMS Guidelines. <br />i 5.4 Emergency Operations Plan. The CMEIMS COMMUNITY shall assist the ' <br />" COUNTY in the preparation of the Emergency Operations Plan. <br />„ <br />5.5 Emergency Caardinator. 7he CPIEIM5 COMMUNITY shall appoint an Emerqency <br />Coordinator who shall serve as the CMEIMS COMMUNITY's liaison with the <br />COUNTY. , <br />; 5.6 CEM Board. The CMEIMS COMMUNITY shall participate in the selection of ' <br />'i its REGION's members on the CEM BOARD and shall strangly encourage its <br />officials and employeee to participate on the CEM BOARD's committees. <br />5.7 CEMAC. The CPIEIMS COMMUNITY shall assiqn its officials and emploYees <br />to serve as volunteers at the CEMAC if t-equested to do so by the <br />COLINTY. <br />5.8 Capacity Inventory. The CMEIMS COMMUNITY shall provide that <br />information requested hy the COUNTY to estahlish and maintain the <br />„ inventary of Emergency Management Capacity which would be available in <br />? the event of a Major Emergency Incident. <br />5.9 Training. The CMEIMS COMMLNITY and its appropriate officials and <br />employees shall actively participate in training programs conducted by <br />the COLINTY. The CMEIMS COMMUNITY, in conSunction with the ather CMEIMS <br />Communities in the CMEIMS COMMUNITY's Region, shall canduct at least <br />one intra-Region Emergency Management field exercise each year. <br />ARTICLE b <br />FIIVANCIAL <br />6.1 Charge for Services. In the event of a Major Emergency Incident and in <br />accordance with Section 5415.11 of the Ohia Revised Code, the COLINTY <br />may charge the CMEIMS COMMUNITY for direct expenses associated with <br />providing Emergency Management Capacity to the CMEIMS COMMUNITY except <br />as specified in Section 6.3 af this Agreement. The CMEIMS COMMUNITY <br />may charge another CMEIMS Community for its expenses associated with <br />providing Emergency Management Capacity to the ?ther CMEIMS Community. <br />6.2 Payment far Services. The CMEIMS COMMUNITY shall pay the expense <br />associated with the Emergency Management Capacity it received from the <br />COIJNTY and/or another CMEIMS Community if the COUNTY and/or another : <br />CMEIMS Community charges for the provision of the Emergency Management ' <br />Capacity. , <br />Page B of 11
