r ` . <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br />VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, OHIO <br />AND <br />BURGESS & NIPLE, LIMITED <br />ENGINEERS AND ARCHITECTS <br />FOR <br />PROFESSIONAL SERVICES <br />SECTION I - GENERAL <br />This Agreement made at the Village of Mayfield, Ohio this 20th day <br />of 1i1 1987, by and between the Village of ayay iM~'11~6hio, <br />hereina er esignated as the "Owner" and Burgess & Niple, Limited, <br />Engineers and Architects, hereinafter designated as the "E/A", whose <br />offices are located at 5085 Reed Road, Columbus, Ohio, 43220, and 7501 <br />Mentor Avenue, Mentor, Ohio, 44060. <br />WITNESSETH: The Owner requires the professional services of the E/A in <br />connection with Storm Arainage Improvements; and <br />WHEREAS, professional services of the E/A are needed to assist with the <br />study and evaluation of necessary improvements. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these premises and the mutual <br />covenants hereinafter set forth, the Owner and the E/A agree as follows: <br />SECTION II - SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />A. The Owner has identified seven areas of study: <br />1. Metro Park-Aintree north drainage problem. <br />2. Worton Park area road culverts. <br />3. Ditching east and west of S.O.M. Center Road. <br />4. Upper 40 pond cleaning and detention area. <br />5. Thornapple Drive clearing and refurbishing outlet structures. <br />6. Culvert replacement on S.O.M. Center Road at Park View golf course. <br />7. Culvert replacement on S.O.M. Center Road at Fisher Tavern. <br />B. As authorized by the Owner, the E/A agrees to provide the necessary <br />professional services required to review the storm drainage area <br />problems, review the existing conditions, recommend improvements, <br />estimate the cost of repairs and improvements and prioritize the <br />improvements in a report.
