-$- <br />(2) Name and address of Subdivider. <br />(3) Name and address of designer of the plat. <br />(4) Graphic scale, true and grid north points and date o£ preparation. <br />(5) Location sketch map showing relationship of the subdivision site <br />to the surrounding area. <br />B. Existing Conditions <br />(1) Topography by contours at vertical intervals of not more than <br />five (5) £eet. <br />(2) Zoning district classification(if there is moxe than one classi- <br />fication, the dividing lines should be shown) on land to be sub- <br />divided and on adjoining lands. <br />(3) Names of adjoining property owners or subdivisions. <br />(4) Acreage to be subdivided. <br />(5) In case of resubdivision, a copy of existing plot. <br />(6) Location of streams, lakes, oceans and swamps with direction of <br />flow and elevations. <br />(7) Location of existing and platted property lines. Location, width <br />and names of all platted roads, railroads, utility rights-of-way, <br />public areas, existing buildiqgs or structures, and planning region <br />boimdary lines. Existing sewers, water mains, drains, culverts, or <br />other underground facilities within the tract or within the right- <br />of-way boundary roads, with pipe sizes, grades,and invert eleva- <br />tions from public records. Location of these facilities in <br />adjoining tracts of subdivisions if proposed for use or extension. <br />(8) Regional flood elevations and boundaries of flood-prone areas as <br />de£ined in Section 2.1 including floodways if known. <br />C. Proposed Conditions <br />(1) Layout of and elevation of roads, alleys, and public crosswalks, <br />and widths noted; road names or designation; grades and cross <br />sections. <br />(2) Layout of all lots and buildings sites for lands subject to flooding <br />including building setback lines and lot divisions; scaled dimensions <br />of all corner lots and lots on curvilinear sections of road; utility <br />easements with width and use on all lots; total number of lots <br />(3) Preliminary plan of onsite waste disposal systems including dis- <br />posal sites for lands subject to flooding or sanitary sewers <br />with grade, pipe size, and points of discharge. <br />
