-10- <br />registered engineer will not be required. <br />6.22 The subdivider shall submit the original drawing and 7 copies, <br />together with any road profiles or other plans that may be required by <br />the Board of Appeals. <br />The plat shall be drawn to a scale of one inch equals 50 feet on sheets <br />measuring 24" x 36" which corresponds to local plat book dimensions. When <br />more than one sheet is required, an index sheet o£ the same size shall be <br />filed showing the entire subdivision. <br />When a plat has been approved by the Board of Appeals, one copy will be <br />returned to the subdivider, with the approval of the Board of Appeals <br />certified thereon, for filing with the Recorder of Cuyahoga County as the <br />official plat of record. The original tracing will be returned to the <br />subdivider for his records, one copy retained in the files of the Board of <br />Appeals. <br />6.23 The Board o£ Appeals shall approve or disapprove this final plat <br />within 30 days after its submission. Failure of the Board of Appeals to <br />act on this final plat within these 30 days shall be deemed approval of it. <br />If the plat is disapproved, the grounds for disapproval shall be supplied <br />in writing to the subdivider and included in the records of the Board of <br />Appeals. <br />6.24 Approval of the final plat by the Board o£ Appeals shall not con- <br />stitute the acceptance by the public o£ the dedication of any roads, <br />drainage ways, floodways, public way or other ground unless the Board o£ <br />Appeals specifically agrees to such acceptance. <br />6.25 The final plat shall show: <br />(a) All information required on the preliminary plat including, but <br />not limited to, regional flood elevations, boundaries of flood-prone <br />areas, building sites (including waste disposal areas for flood-prone <br />lands), fills, flood or erosion protective works, and areas subject to <br />special deed restrictions. <br />(b) Flood plain and floodway areas determined by the Board of Appeals <br />pursuant to Section 6.12. <br />(c) Suf£icient data to determine readily and reproduce on the ground <br />the location, bearing and length of every road line, boundary line,block <br />line and building line whether curved or straight. <br />(d) All dimensions to the nearest one hundredth (100th) of a foot and <br />angles to the nearest minute. ' <br />(e) Location and description of monuments. <br />(£) Final plan of any sanitary sewers with grade, pipe sizes, and points <br />of discharge. <br />(g) Final plan of drainage systems with grade, pipe sizes, and location <br />o£ outlet. <br />
