ORDINANCE N0. 70- 51 <br />Page 2. <br />along the Southwesterly line of said Parcel No. 41-15-IA, <br />492.33 Feet to an angle point; thence continuing <br />Southeasterly along the Southwesterly line of said Parcel <br />No. 41-15-IA to its intersection with the Southerly line <br />of said Original Lot No. 16; thence Westerly along the <br />Southerly line of said Original Lot No. 16, 1076.25 feet <br />to the Southwesterly comer thereof; thence Northerly <br />along the Westerly line of Original Lot No. 16, 2110.46 <br />feet to the place of beginning, be the same more or less, <br />but subject to all legal highways. <br />Provided, further, that if all of said premises are held in a common <br />ownership, such owner thereof .may, in addition to using the same for office- <br />laboratory purposes, use the same in conjunction with its business for production- <br />distribution purposes within the meaning of Ordinance No. 763. <br />Section 2. The Village Engineer is hereby authorized to revise the <br />official district and Zoning Map so that the same will incorporate the terms and <br />provisions of this Ordinance. <br />Section 3.
