II. REQUEST FOR SERVICES (By Whom Made). <br />A request for services in accordance with R.C. § 5502.29, shall be made only by a duly <br />authorized representative. For HAYFIELD VILLAGE, HIGHLAND HEIGHTS and <br />HAYFIELD HEIGHTS, the service director for each respective municipality shall be the <br />authorized representative. For the HAYFIELD CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT, its Director Human <br />Resources/ Business Operations, shall be its authorized representative. <br />III. REQUEST FOR SERVICES (Manner). <br />A request for services shall be made by a Parry's (hereinafter "Requesting Party") <br />authorized representative to another Party's (hereinafter "Providing Parry") authorized <br />representative. Such request shall be made, insofar as practicable in writing, in the following <br />manner: <br />a) The Requesting Party's authorized representative will specify what services are <br />required; <br />b) The Requesting Party's authorized representative shall state the nature, location and <br />extent/duration of the required services necessary, and such event shall be <br />considered a Planned Event under R.C. § 5502.29; <br />c) The Providing Party's authorized representative shall cause an official entry of such <br />request to be made on the appropriate departmental records, stating the time, number <br />of lifeguard staff and the duration of time required by Requesting Party; <br />d) The Requesting Party shall insure that all lifeguards from a Providing Parry are <br />properly trained at the location of the Planned Event sufficiently in advance of the <br />Planned Event; <br />e) The Requesting Party shall not be required to reimburse the Providing Party so long <br />as, in exchange for such services, the Requesting Party shall provide to the residents <br />of the Providing Party access to its municipal pool, or in the case of the HAYFIELD <br />CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT its indoor pool, free of charge for season pass holders, <br />and for a charge of $5.00 per resident per day for non-season pass holders for any <br />outdoor pool, from the close of the Providing Party's pool season through the end of <br />the Labor Day Holiday. <br />For purposes of illustration, in the event that HIGHLAND HEIGHTS wishes to open <br />its pool for the Labor Day weekend and HAYFIELD VILLAGE provides the <br />Page 2 of 6 <br />
